Shipping and Handling Policy

Shipping and handling fees are charged as a flat rate depending on location you are shipping to.

Fees will be calculated at checkout. 

Shipping is available Domestically and to select International Countries through Australia Post.

Shipping within Australia will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days from dispatch.

Shipping Internationally will be delivered within 5 -14 business days from dispatch. Shipping times may vary depending on shipping destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Oletta we want you to be satisfied with your order. We aim to work with you to ensure your piece fits and suits you perfectly.

Bespoke

Due to the nature of the process, Bespoke items cannot be refunded. If you have a fit issue with your purchase, we will be happy to alter your piece free of charge.

Please contact info@oletta.co to organise an alteration. Alterations must be requested within 14 business days of receiving your item(s).

Items must be return shipped in secure packaging with Australia Post, and tracking information. Customers will be responsible for extra shipping costs due to alterations.

Collection Orders

All sales are final. If your Collection item is faulty, please email info@oletta.co with your order details and photographs of item faults within 14 business days of receiving your item(s).

We will assess your request within 3 business days. If your item is deemed faulty we will offer an exchange or credit for your piece.

When returning your Collection item(s) please ensure item is unworn, unlaundered, and with original tags attached.
